Sales Lady / Property Sales Advisor
For over 37 years, Sammak Development has been building homes and delivering on its promises in Beirut. With the launch of our new sales center, we are expanding our team and hiring a professional sales lady to be the face of Sammak Development for walk-in clients, phone inquiries, and online leads.
Job Scope
Welcome visitors and walk-in clients to the sales center in a warm, professional way.
Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online leads.
Present Sammak Development projects (Serene Residence, Capitol 181, Hamra 491, and others) clearly and confidently.
Understand client needs, budget, and preferences and match them with the right apartment options.
Schedule and organize property viewings and accompany clients during visits when needed.
Follow up with leads regularly, update their status, and maintain an organized lead tracking system.
Prepare basic offers, collect required documents, and coordinate with management for closing.
Work closely with marketing to give feedback about leads’ quality and client questions.
Represent Sammak Development’s values, image, and 37-year reputation at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (1–3 years preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Arabic; English is required, French is a plus.
Presentable, professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, basic CRM or Excel to track leads.
Able to work from the sales center full-time and occasionally on weekends when needed.
Strong follow-up mentality and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
